Don’t you hate those ads that tell you they can give you priceless information on what foods to eat that burn fat, then you open the page and have to scroll and scroll, then “watch the video” before they even give you a clue?
I’m CUTTING ALL THAT CRAP and just giving it to you straight… Here’s the list of Foods That Burn Belly Fat:
It reduces inflammation and decreases heart disease. Eat it twice a week. (Other good fish to eat are: Tuna, Cod, Pollock, Trout, Perch, and Sardines) *children and pregnant women check with your doctor before eating mass quantities of fish.
These are friendly fats and low in carbs. Essentially they push fat through your digestion process. Good nuts to eat ie. Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, and Pistachios.
*Never eat more than a handful a day.
Give up coffee already. Green Tea is the healthiest way to get your caffeine and it won’t dehydrate you. It promotes focus and thinking clearly, so you can thoughtfully put down that bag of chips.. *Drink 1-2 cups a day
Don’t believe all that crap you see about them being bad for you! They actually Zoom through your body, which creates energy, which burns fat. They also boost your immune system and make you feel full. *One a day is plenty. Don’t go all ape on me!
